Deputy Team Leader & Infrastructure Expert ( ( infrastructure or transport projects)_ Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Team Leader & Infrastructure Expert to play a dual role in supporting project leadership and providing in-depth technical expertise in infrastructure planning and development for our Multimodal Transport Hub. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical guidance to ensure project success from planning through implementation. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Team Leader in overall project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of technical and managerial objectives. Provide expert guidance on infrastructure design including roads, utilities, drainage, and civil works. Conduct technical reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (IRC, MoRTH). Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution. Support procurement, quality assurance, and contractor coordination from an infrastructure perspective. Prepare and present technical and progress reports to project leadership and external stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in Project construction /implementation / supervision in the Railways / Metros / Airports /Townships / Industrial Parks / Industrial Estates / Special Economic Zones / Special Investment Zones / Urban Cities / Industrial Cities / Station Development projects Proficient in project management and infrastructure design software/tools
