Package: Can be discussed based on candidate and experience

Experience: 8 - 15years working experience in machine tool industry.

responsible for the complete sales cycle, from enquiry generation to order booking, nurturing and maintaining relationships with major customers, generating and developing leads, prospecting and securing business from new customers.

Role & responsibilities

Review Sales Engineers with appropriate metrics

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

  • Analyze and recommend price schedules and discount rates

  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine

profitability

  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

  • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase - Solution Sales

  • Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information

  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping

  • Responsible for overall business strategy, go to market strategy, product mix, business volumes, supply chain, smooth operations, finance, profitability and growth.

  • Directly acquire manage channel partners,key accounts projects;

  • Achieve targeted sales volumes and market shares.

  • Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods in assistance with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from Machine Tool Industry or Similar preferable.

  • Proven track record selling complex industrial products

  • Customer relationship management tool management - C4C

  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship skills and good command over English

  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge

  • Good knowledge of international trading Incoterms.

  • Has tangible achievements in past assignments
