Deputy Sales Manager- India (Diagnostics)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building the BU team and developing it into a high-performance business. Your role will involve delivering targeted results and optimizing the performance of the BU Organization. You will also be required to prepare budgets (sales, cost operation, headcounts, etc.) and ensure there are no variances by establishing necessary sales and operating plans, including contingency plans, to achieve the budget. Additionally, you will need to ensure alignment of the Indian BU strategy with the global strategy. Managing Key Account Strategies developed by the global team, developing regional pricing strategy for products and services, and conducting market and business opportunity analysis for new products/applications ideas will also be part of your responsibilities.
