Role & responsibilities

Accreditation & Ranking:

• Coordinate and compile data for

  NIRF

  ,

  NAAC

  , and other regulatory ranking frameworks.
• Liaise with departments to ensure data accuracy, timely submission, and continuous improvement in institutional scores.
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for inspection and evaluation visits.
  

• University Administration:

• Support the Registrar in policy formulation, governance, and implementation of academic and administrative procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other statutory bodies.
  
• Manage official communication, notifications, and institutional records.
  

• Quality Assurance & Audit:

• Oversee internal quality audits in collaboration with the

  IQAC

  .
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements for accreditation readiness.
  

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as the key point of contact between university departments, external agencies, and accreditation bodies.
  
• Facilitate inspections, reviews, and institutional visits by external committees.
  

• Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to institutional planning, policy development, and academic benchmarking.
  
• Use data analytics to support decision-making and enhance institutional performance

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of

  NIRF, NAAC,UGC, CIQA and IQAC guidelines

  .
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Leadership with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
  
• Proficiency in data management tools, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across academic and administrative units.
