Deputy Project Manager ( South Location )

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project timeline or budget and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring effective teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in civil engineering project management, with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.
