Deputy Manager/Manager Planning & Project Management

In this role at Vegrow, you will be the Deputy Manager/Manager in Planning & Project Management, leveraging data analytics to drive strategic planning, strengthen control tower operations, and enhance manpower planning and revenue outcomes through data insights. - Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights for improving decision-making and operational performance in Data Analytics & BI. - Lead control tower operations by using data-driven insights to optimize manpower planning, resource allocation, and revenue management. - Translate complex datasets into business insights to support long-term planning and project execution in Strategic Planning. - Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align planning initiatives with organizational goals in Cross-Functional Collaboration. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in planning, project management, or business analytics with exposure to operations/supply chain preferred. - Strong proficiency in Power BI with hands-on data analytics experience; Excel and SQL knowledge is a plus in Technical Skills. - Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations in Analytical Ability. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders in Communication.
