JOB

Create Operational Excellence to Develop, Evaluate & implement on time Project, design Change and Adaptations for the Ongoing Products with the best manufacturing process & practices to facilitate, support & enhance productivity & quality of process and product by optimization of all resources.

Manage engineering change impacts to the manufacturing process of electrical line issues assist in process changes as required.
Facilitate and lead in the fulfillment of manufacturing facility (Training, Tooling, SW, tools/equipment's, Layout plans, Production Preparation plan, PIS, etc.) as per agreed Project build plan
Knowledge of identifying ECUs components used, working, and their functionality, and how to perform in vehicle level.
Responsible for DCNs/CA Changes, Line Balancing, calculation of Cycle time, Tact time, Assembly sequencing and methodology.

REQUIRED

Graduate in Electrical Engineering with at least 08 years of experience.
Added advantages if Knowledge of Kola, PROTUS, SAP, DCN
Basic Knowledge of Catia / Composite Player
Extensive knowledge of Bus Industry methods and practices.
Knowledge On Product, processes and product development
Flexible and good communication & collaborative skills.
