Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies, and stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Your role will involve conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, performing requirements analysis, and documenting and communicating your plans/updates to cross-functional team members. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with internal customers, development team (in-house & vendors) - Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements - Perform user acceptance testing - Update, implement, and maintain procedures - Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Serve as a liaison between development team and users - Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects - Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA Location: Kolkata With 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects by implementing effective business solutions and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
