Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Analyst

You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems is crucial. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings will be part of your role. You will perform requirements analysis and document and communicate your plans/updates to cross-functional team members. Working closely with internal customers and the development team, both in-house and vendors, is essential to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for performing user acceptance testing, updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between the development team and users, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. This position is based in Kolkata and requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.,
