Deputy Manager- SQA EPT Quality

1. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns & ICA for supplier issues
2. Data analysis 3. Daily monitoring of Assembly /User Plan complaints & effectivity of actions 4. Reduction in assembly /User plant concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets 5. Genearte Assembly User Plant Incomming concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management 6. Carry out joint investigations in plant to arrive at root cause. 7. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 8. Speedy & time bound closure of critical assemby line concerns resulting in line & Quality Loss 9. Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM & Quality systems in department. 10. Manages containment activities for smooth production run at respective plant 11. Lead the preliminary level of investigation for line issue reported 12. Quality status monitoring and feedback for speed and effectiveness of corrective action taken in subsequent supplies 13. Decision and address / resolve non-conforming material stock available in plant warehouse 14. Data entry in eSQA initiation for concern bank history 15. Component Audit for critical parts 16. Supplier QRE management

3 to 5 + years in field for Battery pack& E Tranmission

Graduate in Engineering(Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical)

1. Knowledge about the parts & system function. Good understanding of Battery parts manufacturing process Like Cells , FRames BDU & wiring Harness
2. Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach , 8D methodology Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools. 3. Conversant with , Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools 4. Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools. 5. Understanding of engineering drawings, etc. 6. Hands on experience of/Battery assembly, dismantling & fault detection & root cause analysis of failures. 7. Good understanding of drawings, GD & T symbols, knowledge of fits & surface finish symbols. 8. Should be able to handle & program Parts on Faro Arm & CMM 9. Able to carry out basic inspection of parts using micrometer, dial gauges & inspection tools & able to interpret inspection reports to diagnose failures root cause 10. Knowledge of Gear Geometry used in Transmission 11. Thorough knowledge of engine & transmission component manufacturing processes 12. Good at data management & interpretation of data to draw meaningful conclusions 13 Willing to work with own hands 14. Good at Excel & Power point presentations. 15. Auditing skills for Vendor components.
