Deputy Manager-Reconciliation and Settlements

As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the Reconciliation and settlements related activities to maintain an effective and efficient operating model. You will collaborate across different functions to identify key opportunities in processes, technical aspects, and human interfaces. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing plans to capitalize on these opportunities, while also measuring and monitoring success and impacts. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of success in a team-based environment. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that any audit points are addressed and cleared within a reasonable timeframe. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing regular Management Information (MI) and analysis for senior management to enable effective monitoring and control. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of graduation from a recognized University, with a preference for those from an accounting background (B.COM).
