We are hiring multiple positions for Hubli - Dharwad - Karnataka location:

1. Deputy Manager – Press & CNC Shop 

Experience: 10 to 14 years

Pay Structure: 6 to 10 LPA

Openings: 2

Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate press shop and CNC machining activities

• Ensure machine uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance planning

• Optimize production schedules and manpower allocation

• Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions

• Review and improve tooling, dies, and CNC programs for efficiency

• Collaborate with design and maintenance teams for new product development

• Maintain documentation for ISO/IATF audits and compliance

• Train and mentor operators and junior engineers

• Analyze KPIs like OEE and cycle time to drive improvements

Functional Competencies: 

• Proficient in G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).

• Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic presses, tooling setup, and forming processes.

• Familiar with sheet metal types, tolerances, and forming characteristics.

• Basic knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
