Deputy Manager Plant supervisor / Deputy Manager

As a Production Supervisor, your main role is to oversee the daily production activities to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising Daily Production Activities to ensure production is carried out as per the shift plan - Coordinating machines, production lines, and workforce for efficient output - Managing Workforce by assigning tasks to operators and helpers, and providing on-floor training to new staff - Maintaining discipline, attendance, and safety compliance within the production area - Implementing Quality Control measures by monitoring raw materials and finished goods quality, and coordinating with the Quality team to reduce defects - Ensuring Safety & Maintenance Coordination by adhering to plant safety protocols, PPE usage, and working with the maintenance team for planning breakdown and preventive maintenance - Handling Reporting & Documentation by preparing production reports, output records, downtime logs, and rejection reports, as well as informing the store/purchase department about raw material requirements In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, the job requires you to work full-time in person at the specified work location.,
