Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Vadodara. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, offering suitable financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

• Experience in financial products such as Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
