Job Description

Role Accountability Manage Activation and Spends on Shikhar portfolio in assigned geographical area To deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants Launch & roll out local level engagement programs for cardholders Liaise with sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs & with Brand team for visibility of SBI Card brand / offer at merchant store / city catchment area Track & report activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio Launch & Manage local merchant tie-ups All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc. Onboarding local agency for local tie ups, Ensure Proper Billing process (PO) Perform process documentation and compliance adherence Roll out Regional festival campaigns Maintain & Create Merchant funded Offer property
