Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager to lead our Mechanical Maintenance team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical maintenance operations.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
Analyze data and reports to inform maintenance decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the glass industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
