Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

• Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Procurement Genies solutions to existing customers, aligning with their evolving needs.

• LinkedIn Outreach:

  Strategically leverage LinkedIn for prospecting, connecting with potential clients, and expanding Procurement Genie’s reach.

• Account Management:

  Act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Prepare and present periodic reports on account performance, upselling outcomes, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in account management, business development, or market growth roles.
• Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate + MBA

  (preferred).
• Candidates with a

  B.E./B.Tech + MBA

  will be given an added advantage.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or upselling targets.
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
