Project Planning, Co-ordination, Implementation, and close out.
Coordination with the customer for approval, payments, and Inspection/dispatch clearance
Evaluation of vendor offers, Technical closure, follow-up for drawing, inspection and dispatch clearance.
Interdisciplinary Co-ordination for Techno-commercial activities.
Setting up the Technical Infrastructure of the project to improve the commercial margin.
Project Risk identification and mitigation.
Project safety & Quality management.
Travelling to customer and vendor places for meetings, follow-up, inspections, etc.
Functional Competencies :
Technical knowledge of Indoor Substation & E-House.
Good understanding of electrical systems and products.
Commercial terms & conditions awareness
Project management.
Knowledge of Auto-CAD & MS Office, MS Project
Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Equipment and Standards
Soft skills:
Ability to communicate, excellent listening, negotiating & presentation skills
Problem-solving & analytical skills
Team player, customer orientation
Ability to work under pressure and goal orientation
