Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead
packaging development projects
from concept to commercialization (primary & secondary packaging).
Proficient with CAD and or Solid works
Drive
process improvements, cost-effective solutions
, and reduction of customer complaint.
Oversee prototype development, machine/material feasibility, costing, stability, and commercial trials.
Lead a team
to deliver packaging documents, artworks, and ensure compliance with timelines.
Collaborate with
SCM, QA, QC, RA, Production, Marketing, Sales & external vendors/labs
. Manage
vendor qualification, SOPs, CAD/SolidWorks drawings, QC release parameters
. Support
new product launches
with innovative and stable packaging solutions.
