Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive OEM business growth in the laminate sector.
Identify potential OEM customers and establish long-term partnerships.
Meet sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and order finalizations with OEM clients.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Technical & Product Knowledge

Understand laminate products, applications, and industry trends to provide relevant solutions to OEM clients.
Work closely with the product and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.

4. Coordination & Operations

Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with marketing teams for product promotions and brand positioning in the OEM segment.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of laminate products and OEM business dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
