MES SCADA License Sales Specialist

We at Axcend Automation are seeking a dynamic and experienced MES SCADA License Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a proven track record in sales. This role involves selling MES and SCADA licenses to clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the industrial automation sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of MES and SCADA solutions.

• Technical Expertise:

• Understand the technical aspects of MES and SCADA systems and their applications in industrial settings.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with customized solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MES and SCADA technologies.

• Client Support:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Assist clients in the implementation and integration of MES and SCADA systems.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of the solutions provided.

• Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation domain.
• Strong knowledge of MES and SCADA systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PLC programming and industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
• Familiarity with industrial automation software and tools (e.g., Citect, Ignition, WinCC).
• Strong IT skills and experience with data management systems.
