Deputy Manager /Manager - Finance

Roles & Responsibility:

MIS & Business Reporting

• Independently manage Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Encube Group level
• Drive accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in division-wise P&L reporting, key business KPIs, and sales & margin dashboards.

Financial Automation & Process Efficiency

• Identify manual processes in reporting and lead automation initiatives for faster turnaround and review-by-exception capability.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement automation workflows for recurring reporting needs.
• Maintain and improve automated dashboards and models used by business and finance teams.

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance partner to the Sofra and US GX division leads for regular review meetings.
• Provide insights and scenario analysis to aid business decision-making and cost reduction and revenue leakage.
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises with data-led analytics.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP HANA.
• Ensure automated data extraction and visualization for MIS using tools like Power BI/Excel Macros/ERP connectors etc.
• Process improvement orientation with a bias for automation.
• Ability to work across IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Prior experience in division-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Effective cross functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
