Deputy Manager

Purpose of the role:

To focus on Solar Pump Business development & execution for state of Maharashtra. Developing System Integrators & Dealers' network. Maintain co-ordial relations and have healthy interactions with nodal agencies like MSEDCL & MEDA. Co-ordinate solar product certifications, modifications / development / improvement, supply chain co-ordination. Prepare monthly sale plans and achieve the MOP / AOP targets. Prepare marketing strategies for solar pump business, so as to take timely advantage of the upswing in tender based market as well as explore and penetrate open market through well designed strategies. Developing outsourcing agencies.

Role & responsibilities

Co-ordination of developments / modifications after assessing the market requirements.

Project / Order Execution scheduling & co-ordination for timely executions, handling day to day operations management.

Evolution of Solar MOP - AOP.

Ensure profitability and positive cash flow for solar pump business.

Solar Pump Business handling from Pre-Tendering / Pre enquiry consultative support co-ordinating after sales service of solar pumps and controllers.
