Deputy Manager - IT Infra

As an IT Infra Deputy Manager at a well-known NBFC in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in administering and maintaining Nutanix clusters, Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, and other network infrastructure components. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Administering and maintaining Nutanix clusters, ensuring VM provisioning, storage optimization, and cluster health monitoring. - Configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls, including VPN setup, policy creation, and threat detection. - Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Juniper switches to ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks. - Integrating with Active Directory or RADIUS for user authentication. - Leading a team of IT support engineers/network administrators, providing L2 support to branch sales teams. - Coordinating with vendors for procurement, support, and service level agreements. - Developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures. - Conducting regular security audits, preparing audit reports, and implementing necessary mitigations. - Deploying and maintaining Ruckus Wi-Fi access points and controllers. - Providing L1/L2 level support to the IT/sales team to ensure business continuity. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate competencies in application support, change management, user management, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable. Technical competencies required for this role include proficiency in Fortinet Firewall, Juniper Switches, Ruckus Wifi, Netskope, CommVault, OPManager, Manage Engine, Virtualisation, and Azure AD. This role aims to provide guidance and support related to IT infrastructure and network aspects, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services while adhering to policies and processes to maintain data security.
