Deputy Manager – IQC Quality

Roles and Responsibility:

Ø Mechanical parts inspection in shift time. (like Sheet metal, Rubber, Plastic, fasteners etc..)

Ø Joint inspection at supplier end for critical initial samples.

Ø Root cause analysis for part quality issues.

Ø Resolving issues by 8D Methodology.

Ø Raising of Quality issue and interacting with suppliers for corrective actions.

Ø Attend and reduce line rejection issue for smooth production run.

Mandatory Skills:

Ø Drawing and GD&T understanding.

Ø QM module working knowledge in SAP

Ø Measuring equipment handling knowledge such as Multimeter, Vernier calliper, Height gauge, Plating tester, UTM etc.

Ø Work on Quality documentation.

Ø Basic QC tools knowledge

Desired Skills:

Ø Understand and communicate in English

Ø Basic knowledge of MS. Office.
