Deputy Manager (Invoicing Operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing Process & Operational Launches

    :
  • Oversee and streamline the

    invoicing process

    to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.

  • End-to-End Operations Management

  • Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the operations pipeline to ensure seamless functioning and minimal disruption.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including finance, procurement, and HR, to support cross-functional objectives.
