Role Description This is a full-time Deputy Manager (Insurance Business) role based in Hyderabad, with a flexible hybrid work model. The role involves driving insurance marketing strategies, partnering with insurance companies, and delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing insurance marketing plans Engaging in partnerships and tie-ups with insurance companies Leading client meetings and relationship management Coordinating with internal sales and support teams Undergoing training and certification (facilitated by the company) with the Insurance Institute of India for the Specified Person role Analyzing performance and market data to drive business results Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance marketing in India Existing Insurance Institute certification (Insurance Agent/Specified Person) is preferred Strong team leadership and collaboration skills Customer service excellence and sales acumen Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team Must be authorized to work in India Show more Show less
