Currently, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in the role of AM/Deputy Manager-HRBP based in Goregaon West, Mumbai. As the ideal candidate, you will bring a wealth of experience across various facets of the human resources domain. Your responsibilities will encompass onboarding new candidates, gathering essential background information, and providing support to employees during their tenure. Collaborating closely with the management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering training programs, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing overall workplace dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular meetings with respective business units to maintain consistent communication. - Offer HR guidance to line management, aligning strategies with organizational objectives. - Analyze data trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to devise effective solutions, programs, and policies. - Address and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring thorough investigations and compliance with legal regulations. - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements concerning employee management, minimizing risks and upholding regulatory standards. - Provide day-to-day performance management support to line managers, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions. - Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and retention rates through collaborative efforts with management and staff. - Interpret and enforce HR policies, tailoring them to suit specific business needs. - Structure contractual terms for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers. - Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and associated HR procedures. - Contribute insights on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession strategies. - Identify training gaps within business units and offer tailored executive coaching sessions. - Evaluate training programs, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and tracking their effectiveness.
