Job Description

Review the payroll Input Files, coordinate with stakeholders & vendors, ensure file correction and ensure the correct file is loaded in Payroll. Ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll & tax process, 100% alignment to compliance. Collate Attendance from all locations/branches for payroll. Experience of running payroll for a minimum headcount of 700 employees. Ensure statutory and other deductions from salary like TDS, P. Tax, LWF etc. Should have experience in Compensation Benchmarking, Can formulate and Execute Compensation policy. Manage new Registration and License under different Labour laws i.e. Shops & Establishment, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Contract Labour License, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund etc. Adhere statutory compliance at all levels involving liasoning with respective authorities like PF, ESIC, and Labour Office. Ensuring timely submission of challans, payment and returns under different Labour laws. Preparation of different types of reports/HRIS and dashboard
