Working on returns with multiple state filings, with knowledge on state pass through entity tax credits, state tax credits, reverse tax credit and any state specific additional credits and deductions. Reconciling amounts in documentation provided by clients and identifying inconsistencies. Developing a general understating of reporting requirements of different entity structures and the compliance process Increasing involvement in developing cutting edge tax ideas that could significantly lessen clients overall effective tax rates Leveraging tax knowledge and understanding of the tax preparation process to bring work to completion for review Staying current on tax legislation relevant to Private Client Service clients Demonstrating awareness of differing levels of assurance as it relates to tax positions taken through writing memoranda and other written documentation on complex tax issues for business and private tax clients Qualifications and Experience 2+ years experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation. Degree in Accounting or related field (Master s degree a plus). Ability to deal with highly confidential information Ability to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Ability to work effectively on a team Possess a strong desire to learn. Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Accounting Determination Based on Brazilian Taxes Experience in supporting Latin American localizations At least 6 8 years experience in SAP Financial processes in SAP ECC, including at least 3 4 support and 1 implementation project. Experience in preparing Design Workshop presentations, Business Blueprint or Functional Design Documents, and Functional Specifications. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO Business Processes like P2P, OTC, AP, AR, GL, and Controlling, Strong knowledge of Month/year end processes. Strong knowledge of product costing (MTO & MTS) and material ledger. Should have knowledge of FICO Cut Over Activities Should have CO PA Working Experience Strong Knowledge of CO PA Derivation Rules Strong knowledge of Actual Costing in Material Ledger Strong Knowledge of Batch Jobs. Rich knowledge of interfaces, with experience delivering interface FS including mapping documents. Sound knowledge of FICO configuration objects like company code creation/ product costing, automatic payment process, and electronic statement configuration. Good Knowledge of SAP MM/SD/FI integration processes Experience in developing custom objects including requirement gathering preparing Functional Design documents, Estimation, conducting UT, SIT, and knowledge of SAP tables in areas of FI and CO. Good integration knowledge with other SAP modules majorly FICO, SD, PP & QM. Experience in working on development requirements like Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Outbound and Inbound IDOC/SAP DMEE. Sound knowledge about the standard reports in FI and CO. Experience in incident and SLA management. Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Good to Have Skills: Vertex process Tax process. Knowledge of working on interfaces like ALE, EDI IDOC, and RFC.

Review the payroll Input Files, coordinate with stakeholders & vendors, ensure file correction and ensure the correct file is loaded in Payroll. Ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll & tax process, 100% alignment to compliance. Collate Attendance from all locations/branches for payroll. Experience of running payroll for a minimum headcount of 700 employees. Ensure statutory and other deductions from salary like TDS, P. Tax, LWF etc. Should have experience in Compensation Benchmarking, Can formulate and Execute Compensation policy. Manage new Registration and License under different Labour laws i.e. Shops & Establishment, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Contract Labour License, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund etc. Adhere statutory compliance at all levels involving liasoning with respective authorities like PF, ESIC, and Labour Office. Ensuring timely submission of challans, payment and returns under different Labour laws. Preparation of different types of reports/HRIS and dashboard
