Deputy Manager- HR Operations

Role Overview: As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as handling HR operations and MIS reporting. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, managing exit formalities, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting audits and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, induction, and system access - Coordinate with IT/Admin/Finance teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new hires - Maintain employee master data and ensure timely updates in HRIS - Offboarding - Coordinate exit formalities such as resignation processing, clearance, and exit interviews - Ensure timely full & final settlements and generate experience letters - Update employee status and records in HR systems - HR Operations & MIS - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records - Generate HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, and joining/leaving trends - Support audits and HR compliance processes - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) - Handle salary-related queries, full & final settlements, and audits Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory) - Good understanding of HR processes - Languages Preferred: Kannada/Tamil/Telugu Additional Company Details: (If not present in the provided Job Description, this section will be omitted.),
