Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules. Conduct preliminary screening of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, or online assessments. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant data. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist role with expertise in Recruitment Operations Documentation Attendance Management Employee Engagement. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy attention to detail.
