Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund accounting operations and ensure accuracy in transaction processing and NAV calculations.
• Manage fund accounting processes to prepare financial and investor reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead reconciliations of cash, holdings, FX, and other exceptions, adhering to compliance and audit standards.
• Assist in developing and mentoring a team of fund accounting professionals, ensuring team goals are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address client queries, build relationships, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to optimize fund accounting processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications like CA, CMA, or CPA will be a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in fund accounting or a related area, with a proven track record of team and process management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, securities, and trading systems.
• Proficiency in fund accounting software systems and Excel; experience with automation tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive insights and help resolve complex issues.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for excellence in a team-oriented environment.
