Job Location

  • Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Protects the needs of the plant to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Well-versed with Factory Compliances i.e PF, ESI and Labour Law Registers
  • Establishes and maintains a presence on the plant floor to keep a tap on the pulse of the organization.
  • Working on Data Analytics
  • Taking ownership of specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, and communications).
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Operate an efficient employee help desk to address employee inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Foster a stimulating workplace through an engagement culture
  • Handling workforce on 3rd Party contract

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration with Human Resource Specialization
  • 6-8 Years Manufacturing Industry

Functional skills:

  • Experience with blue-collar workforce management.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective P&C programs and initiatives

Soft skills:

  • Strong ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong people skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
