Kalina , Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Department Enterprise Solutions Job posted on May 22, 2025 Employee Type Probation Experience range (Years) 0 - 0 Key Accountabilities: Research & Analysis Research and analyse the customers Competitor research Account mapping – understand the customers logistic spend and it’s split Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization Industry research - Track and analyze market development Stakeholder Management Assist the EMT with Enterprise Accounts – Farming & Hunting customers Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high-quality service is delivered Coordinate with different functions within the organization and share customer expectation Prepare weekly updates on pipelines, target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan Work closely with the cross-sell team on all the potential leads Process Management Shadow the EMT and learn about the industry and various Allcargo group products Assist the EMT to help grow, maintain and build a relationship with customers Customise solutions after analysing customers' needs Create presentations of products and customized offers to customers Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
