CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

Review and consolidation of daily Reports, MISs, Issues and Preparation of MRMs
Review of Breakdowns, Troubleshooting and Efficiency of Production
Review of Utility Consumptions like Electricity, Water, Gas, Liason with agencies for uninterrupted utilties and review Power sourcing
Preparation, Implementation and tracking of Cost Saving Projects, Improvement Projects and other projects including Planning, budgeting, Execution and monitoring
Preparation, review of CAPA, RCA, Audit Documents and schedules. Face audits and ensure no NC
Manpower Development and Management, Scheduling of Training Sessions, Safety Training and safe work implementation
Review of Statuory Compliances, Legal Compliances and liasoning with Various departments like KSPCB, KPTCL, BESCOM, BIA
Review, Tracking and Sourcing of Spares, Critical spare Management, Planning, Preperationa and Tracking of Capex and Opex Budgets
Participate or Lead Cross Functional Teams to resolve operation points and to esnure good and efficient working of Plant
Interact and Update with Management on requirements, operations and discussions as required
