Job Description

  • Coordination with Registrar for processing of lnvestor/Distributor transactions
  • Effective handling & monitoring of all day-to-day activities of branch Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc
  • Visiting branches & distributors
  • Handling Internal, Statutory audit & Regulatory audit
  • Preparing/monitoring MIS on Brokerage, Investor Transactions etc.
  • Spot opportunities for innovation in process & procedure
  • Handling all Complaints/queries promptly and provide resolutions with accuracy
  • Coordinate/reporting to Corporate Office for subscription & redemption application
  • Prepare MIS of Western Zone.
  • Empanelment of distributors & coordinating with HO for the same.
  • Follow up of legal/consumer cases of the region if any. Responsible for Coordinating with Vendors, Marketing, IT, HR & Admin team .
  • Responsible for branch administration.
  • Any other activity related to Customer services /Sales support.
