Job Description

Coordination with Registrar for processing of lnvestor/Distributor transactions
Effective handling & monitoring of all day-to-day activities of branch Operations viz transaction processing, KYC etc
Visiting branches & distributors
Handling Internal, Statutory audit & Regulatory audit
Preparing/monitoring MIS on Brokerage, Investor Transactions etc.
Spot opportunities for innovation in process & procedure
Handling all Complaints/queries promptly and provide resolutions with accuracy
Coordinate/reporting to Corporate Office for subscription & redemption application
Prepare MIS of Western Zone.
Empanelment of distributors & coordinating with HO for the same.
Follow up of legal/consumer cases of the region if any. Responsible for Coordinating with Vendors, Marketing, IT, HR & Admin team .
Responsible for branch administration.
Any other activity related to Customer services /Sales support.
