Job Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
1. Develop & execute customer relationship management operations to increase customer loyalty.
2. Maintain all documentation pertaining to clients booking form during sale and ensured signatures of client & Sales person on Booking form along with KYC documents.
3. Responsible for issuing Payment Receipts, Buyer Agreement, Demand Letters and reminders, Possession letter, fitout/final Possession process documents and records.
4. Maintain smooth communication with customers and promptly reply to their queries Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
5. Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
6. Responsible for timely Recovery of dues from customers.
7. Responsible for timely preparation MIS on weekly/monthly basis and DSR to the Management.
8. Coordination with Projects, Sales & Marketing for obtaining timely information the status of booking and demand generation from time to time.
9. Maintain smooth communication with customers and promptly reply to their queries
10. Run effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention
11. Keep customers updated about the latest collections & special offers in order to increase sales.
12. Implement new trends & strategies to expand the customer base such as upselling and cross-selling.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
