Role & responsibilities

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for development and improvement in all Processes and Operations in line with site goals, strengths and limitations.
Improvement Projects
Creating infrastructure for doing improvement projects / activities.
Mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts Project teams to successful completion of projects and ensuring desired savings and benefits to the Organization.
Cost Reduction Initiatives
To identify Cost Reduction opportunities in the Various Businesses.
Conducting Assessments & Program Identifications on Strategic , Tactical & Operational Levels
Coordination with Business Unit Heads and Functional Heads to seek their support and involvement for timely completion of efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects in each of the Business units.
TPM Deployment
Should actively involve in TPM activities and deploy TPM at sites.
Need to make TPM expansion plans for sites and execute the plans.
TPM assessment and preparation for action plans and execution to achieve set targets under TPM.
