Deputy Manager Business Development - OEM Sales

You will be responsible for OEM sales and New Product development in the Automotive and its allied industries sector. Your main duties will include leading the development of new products, coordinating with commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, and industrial OEMs, and liaising with customers for business growth. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the team to ensure total customer satisfaction and servicing JIT schedules of OEM customers on a daily basis. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced computer skills will be preferred. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Graduate degree with 3 to 7 years of experience in OEM Sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and efficient multitasking capabilities are required. Experience in business development and sales strategies will be an added advantage.,
