Deputy Manager- BI

What You'll Do

This individual will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders towards leveraging data effectively, thereby enhancing business performance. The role will be responsible for leading analytics initiatives, development of dashboards, tools & models, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. With proficiency in data modeling, visualization, Power BI, and Snowflake, the individual will be instrumental in transforming raw information into meaningful reports and enabling strategic business decisions. Additionally, this person will lead a team to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.

-Oversee and mentor a team of around 15 BI analysts to ensure the successful execution of analytics projects.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Create interactive digital solutions using Power platforms, Salesforce, Advanced Excel, and Snowflake Analytics to address business needs.
• Convert large, complex datasets into interactive and insightful visualizations using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex data models and DAX to support robust data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Continuously optimize existing BI platforms and tools to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance and management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and analytics methodologies to enhance their data literacy.
• Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance predictive analytics and automate data-driven decision-making processes.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and foster employee engagement to build a cohesive and motivated team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 - 10 Years in Analytics
