Deputy Manager / Associate Manager - Demand Planning - EMB Market - GDSO

As a Deputy Manager / Associate Manager - Delivery Planning (EMB Markets) in the GDSO department at Zydus Corporate Park, your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring availability of Finished Goods (FG) at point of sale according to market needs. - Maintaining FG inventory at all levels as per norms. - Preparing monthly manufacturing plans for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) run. - Reviewing and prioritizing production plans within Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) across markets to ensure continuity in sales. - Collaborating with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and P&D departments for smooth supply chain operations. - Preparing various Management Information System (MIS) reports for monthly review meetings, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and other dynamic monitoring and controlling of business operations. - Engaging in Pre-S&OP and S&OP discussions, escalating unresolved issues. - Handling sudden changes in demand to capitalize on sales opportunities and maintain balanced inventory levels. - Coordinating activities related to new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) launches. Qualifications required for this role include: - Essential: B.E. / B. Pharm / B. Sc. - Desirable: MBA (Operations / Marketing) Your skill set should include: - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Effective decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate constraints. - Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and MIS preparation. - Excellent communication skills.
