Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the bank&aposs salary account program
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the bank&aposs market share in the corporate salary account segment
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for corporate clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
