Deputy General Manager, Wallet Biz

As a Sales and Operations Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in meeting the sales targets by setting and managing global and regional sales strategies. Your responsibilities include setting operation strategies, maintaining competitiveness through pricing strategies, and promoting services by building operation strategies related to performance management, statistics or big-data analysis, Customer Service (CS), and Voice of Customer (VOC) management. Your Role and Responsibilities will involve: - Drive the business growth strategy setting and portfolio to meet sales targets - Oversee global and regional sales status analysis and set sales strategy accordingly - Build operational strategies for changing solution specifications and upgrades - Review and manage solution pricing policies and strategies - Develop partner management strategies to increase Samsung solution sales by understanding customer needs and managing partners regionally - Implement operation strategies for performance management, statistics, big-data analysis, CS, and VOC management to maintain and promote services In terms of Skills and Qualifications, you should possess: - Wide-ranging experience to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively - Ability to work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variables - Judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results - Experience in managing groups and coordinating activities related to costs, methods, and staffing - Typically, at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience Join the team and contribute to the success of the company with your expertise and strategic mindset in sales and operations management.,
