Role Overview:

Lead and manage rolling mill operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

  Set goals, develop action plans, and monitor KPIs to optimize performance.

• Production & Quality:

  Oversee production planning, ensure quality standards, and address customer complaints.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify and implement process improvements, preventive maintenance, and new technologies.

• Team Management:

  Lead, mentor, and develop the rolling mill team; drive engagement and skill development.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Stakeholder Management:
