Deputy General Manager-Regulatory Governance- FMQ -TMPV

As a Quality Development Manager for New Powertrains, your primary role is to ensure that all prioritized Current Quality issues are addressed by leading the Design, Part, and Process Quality Development Teams. You will adopt a Failure Mode Avoidance approach to prevent the occurrence of Current Quality Issues and minimize potential failure modes in new products. Your responsibilities include: - Interacting with ERC/ PPPM for RFQs that need to go through FMQ, preparing Quality Requirements, and providing inputs to the Technical Part of RFQ. - Monitoring and reviewing the quality of the RFQ Process to ensure all requirements are correctly incorporated. - Coordinating with ERC, Advanced Quality, and Technical Services for discussions on quality issues and agreement on actions. Tracking Quality issues in MiNT for resolution. - Participating in DFMEA reviews to address all current Failure Modes, ensuring COC participation, and addressing all failure modes in DFMEA. - Cascading Critical To Quality Parameters for HIHR Parts, preparing the list of HIHR parts for CTQ cascading, and ensuring progress of CTQ cascading activities. - Identifying Quality Issues related to HIHR parts for Tooling Kick-off in a cross-functional approach with ERC and PPPM. - Identifying training needs, monitoring development plans, and managing people effectively. You will interact with internal stakeholders such as ERC, Advance Quality, Technical Services, TML Suppliers, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders like Dealers for various quality-related activities. Your desired candidate profile includes a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production (MBA/ PGDM Preferred) with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
