Job Description

Strategic Planning & Execution

Co-develop and roll out business strategies aligned with the GM
Analyze market trends, KPIs, performance metrics, and adjust course as needed.

Operational Oversight

Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities across departments
Implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) to drive productivity

Ficial & Resource Management

Manage budgets, forecasting, and expense control (P&L responsibility)
Optimize allocation of manpower, materials, and infrastructure

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management

Enforce adherence to internal policies and external standards (ISO, HACCP, NIST, DoD/FAR)
Lead internal/external audits and corrective actions

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor managers, facilitate training, oversee succession planning
Promote cross-functional collaboration and foster innovation culture

Stakeholder Relations

Represent the organization in client/vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment
Communicate performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
