Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire social media strategy, including what communication needs to take precedence to create brand recall and positioning in the minds of the customer.
  • Build virality in communication, and decide on what activations need to be done. The mandate for this role will go beyond execution toward disruptive thinking and building the strategy and plan.
  • Facebook and Instagram mediums.
  • It will not include performance marketing, but purely social media marketing.
  • Social media marketing budget would be 5 crores a year, with the idea to spend a large chunk of the marketing spend on social media in time.

Prior Experience:

  • Someone who can communicate through social media in a clutter-breaking format.
  • Can consider candidates for FMCG/food organisations as well as those from advertising agencies who have worked with food organisation clients.
  • Someone who understands how to communicate through social media and is passionate about social media communications.
  • Must be a hands-on, individual contributor who is comfortable relating directly with the CEO and the Head of Marketing.
