Job Description

As an experienced Project Manager with strong project management expertise and working knowledge of electronics design, development, or manufacturing processes, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of electronics-based projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Your strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and excellent stakeholder communication skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple electronics or electro-mechanical projects from concept to delivery. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with leadership and engineering teams. - Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates. - Coordinate with electronics design, hardware, firmware, testing, production, quality, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution. - Own project documentation such as schedules, risk registers, change requests, technical reports, and status dashboards. - Conduct periodic project reviews to ensure alignment on progress, risks, and corrective actions. - Drive cross-functional problem-solving and support technical discussions when required. - Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality processes, and compliance requirements. - Manage vendor and customer communication, including requirement gathering, clarifications, and technical updates. - Track project costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization. - Support new product introduction (NPI) processes, testing cycles, and product validation phases. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive enhancements in project management practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of strong project management experience in managing engineering or electronics projects. - Solid understanding of electronics basics including components, circuits, PCB development process, testing workflows, or hardware-firmware interaction. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. Note: Ensure to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including SMT Plant & Suppliers, and maintain QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for the project.,
