Deputy General Manager Franchisee Store Operations

What You’ll Do

Drive day-to-day operations of franchise stores Pan-India
• Ensure SOP adherence, audits, and compliance • Improve store performance through KPI and P&L analysis • Enable franchise partners via training and operational support • Work cross-functionally to support aggressive expansion
